Return policy
At HJLDQ, we stand behind the quality of our luggage. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items under the following policy.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Products that are used, damaged, or show signs of wear and tear.
Items not in their original packaging, or with missing tags.
Any product that has been personalized or customized.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Please follow these steps to return an item:
Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@hjldq.com within the 30-day return period. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to ship your return.
Ship the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging and mail it to the address we provide, including the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
4. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.
The cost of original shipping is non-refundable.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Please allow a reasonable processing period for the refund to appear in your account after it has been issued. The time this takes depends on your financial institution.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order on our website.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@hjldq.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number and photos or a video of the damage or defect. We will arrange a replacement or full refund and provide a pre-paid return shipping label.
