1. Shipping Destinations
We are proud to offer shipping services to a wide range of countries. Shipping options and fees may vary depending on the destination.Please provide a complete physical street address for delivery.Shipping options and costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.
2. Order Processing
All orders are processed during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order before it is prepared for shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has left our fulfillment center.
3. Shipping Methods and Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method, your delivery address, and the size and weight of your order. We offer a variety of standard and expedited shipping options to meet your needs.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
5. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly and completely. HJLDQ is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping, which may incur additional shipping fees.
6. Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally, a package may be returned to us as undeliverable by the carrier. If this occurs, we will contact you using the information provided at the time of purchase to arrange a new delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
While we pack our products with great care to withstand the rigors of shipping, issues can sometimes occur.
Damaged Shipment: If your order arrives with visible damage to the shipping box, please note the damage with the carrier upon delivery. If the product inside is damaged, please contact us at info@hjldq.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and the shipping box.
Lost Shipment: If the tracking information for your package shows no movement for an extended period or indicates a problem, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
